FHMNOW provides hosting and league-management web services for Franchise Hockey Manager communities, including league pages, uploads, and related tooling. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Interfere with site operations, including scraping, denial-of-service behavior, or bypassing protections.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates applicable law.
• Distribute malware, harmful code, or deceptive links through FHMNOW services.

4. User Content and Data

• You retain ownership of content and data you submit.
• You grant FHMNOW a limited license to host, process, and display submitted data solely to operate and improve the service.
• You represent that you have rights to submit any data and content you upload.

5. Advertising and Future Paid Options

FHMNOW may display advertisements and sponsored content as part of the service. We may introduce paid options in the future, including options to reduce or remove ads. Any paid features will be described with applicable billing terms at launch.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, modify features, or suspend parts of the service as needed.
